Returns & Exchanges

At Vancer & Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn’t quite right, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Note: We have extended our return window to 30 days to ensure our North American clientele has ample time to evaluate their premium purchases.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • You must include your order number or proof of purchase inside the return parcel.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Restocking Fees: Vancer & Co. does not charge any restocking fees.

  • Change of Mind: For standard returns (e.g., style preference or wrong size selected), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If an item is defective, damaged, or "not as described," Vancer & Co. will cover all return shipping expenses. In these cases, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email clientservice@thevancer.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific return address for our U.S. processing center.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the package back to us using a trackable shipping service.

  • Important: Packages sent without prior authorization may be refused to ensure a fast and traceable refund process.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item.

  • Approval: Once approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: For "change of mind" returns, original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or made-to-order products.

  • Underwear, socks, and personal care items.

  • Gift cards.

6. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact our support team right away with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and provide a replacement or full refund immediately.
