1. Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment:

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday).

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (U.S. & Canada)
We offer reliable, trackable shipping to all states in the U.S. and provinces in Canada.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the order date.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is in transit, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. We utilize premium carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail to ensure your package arrives safely and can be monitored every step of the way.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

United States: Orders shipped to the U.S. under $800 are typically exempt from import duties under Section 321.

Canada: Orders may be subject to local GST/HST or provincial taxes depending on your location.

Responsibility: Any applicable customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Vancer & Co. takes every measure to ensure a seamless customs clearance process to avoid unnecessary delays.
5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Vancer & Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Reshipment: If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address or failed delivery attempts, a reshipment fee may apply.

Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the shipment date, please contact us at clientservice@thevancer.com. we will conduct a formal investigation with the carrier to provide a replacement or full refund.
